RERA
Ventures that require RERA registration display their registration number on the listing. Properties exempt from RERA (e.g., individual resale plots) carry an explicit exemption reason. High-risk categories (agricultural land, plantations, unapproved layouts) are flagged with a visible risk panel and require additional counsel review before listing.
Verification standard
Each property type has a predefined check set — title chain, encumbrance, survey/FMB, pattadar/ROR where applicable, physical inspection — executed by advocates and field officers, with proof uploaded for every check. A listing cannot go live until all checks pass and are approved.
FEMA (NRI buyers)
NRI/OCI eligibility is shown per listing. Agricultural land, plantation and farmhouse purchases are restricted for NRIs under FEMA; our platform marks eligibility and our advisory keeps NRI transactions inside compliant pathways.
Advertising
All marketing content passes a compliance gate before publishing: no assured-return or guaranteed-appreciation claims, RERA details included where required, and every post is human-approved before it goes out on company accounts.
Data protection
We operate under the DPDP Act 2023 — see our Privacy Policy. Payment credentials are handled by our payment provider; Zemindo never stores card or bank secrets.
